same layout, but a slightly different look. I can't promise it will last all year though :o)
Soon I will delete my "books II have read in 2007" and start a "books I have read in 2008" list... but, I figure I have till I actually finish a book in 2008 to do that.

I've gotta get back into German and French again...sigh...my brain hurts.
And the reading starts all over again! I've got 2 books I'm reading, and 5 on request at the library.
And I've GOTTA get back into ARE studying. TOO much to do.

Who is Auf Wiedersehen? Is he that guy who ate 6 pounds of wiener schnitzel with horseradish sauce in less than five minutes?
Did you know that wiener schnitzel originated in Italy and not Germany or Austria? The name is German, but not the recipe.
Did you know there's not actually any wieners in wiener schnitzel? It's thinly sliced veal coated with breadcrumbs and fried.
Did you know I have no idea if anybody actually ate 6 pounds of wiener schnitzel with horseradish sauce in less than five minutes?
But somebody probably has. There's a lot of weirdos out there.
Did you know that it’s really okay to eat veal, but eating a veil will make women angry?
Did you know it's okay to say 'wiener' in public schools, but if you say 'farfernugen' while holding two fingers in your nostrils they immediately usher you to the principal's office?
They do this mostly because the principal wants to learn how to say 'farfernugen' while holding his fingers in his nose. He thinks he can do it better than you.
